Resources concession for sustainable development renewable energy

To promote the development of large-scale renewable energy in China, the study aims at the establishment of a framework for doing resources concessions, using specific conditions in Jilin Province, which include the necessary regulatory, financing and institutional components. The study will result in a set each of draft model renewable energy regulations, draft model power off-take agreement and policy recommendations which will be reviewed and, as appropriate, implemented at the provincial and national levels.
